Providing us with the original installation permit for the system we are to inspect, can help save time and expense for the buyer. Many times there is no evidence of where the septic tank is located, because if the tank is covered and no risers are present, the tank must be uncovered to perform the inspection. Often the tank is a foot or more below the surface and requires time to dig and uncover, so it is important that you request the inspection as soon as possible.
The inspector will then complete a detailed inspection report, complete with pictures of the system and a copy of the septic permit and diagram of the tank. This report will be forwarded to the person requesting the inspection, promptly to avoid delays. If you are in need of a prompt, detailed, certified septic inspection, simply contact us and we will be happy to help!
If the inspection determines the need for the septic tank to be pumped, you will be notified promptly, and it will be included in the report.
